A referral is the greatest compliment we can receive! If you know of good candidates or companies looking to hire, we would appreciate any referrals you may have.
IST has developed a program to reward those who take the time to refer their friends and colleagues to our firm.
For new business referrals:
- New business referrals are HR executives, hiring managers, or internal recruiters whom you know personally and who are currently hiring.
- If your new business referral becomes a IST client and hires at least one candidate through us, you will be awarded $1000.00 (limit one referral bonus per lead).
- Note, for temporary placements, the employee must work at least 260 hours of client paid billed hours to qualify for the referral bonus. For direct placements, referral will be awarded after an agreed guarantee period.
For job candidate referrals:
- Candidate referrals are job candidates whom you know personally and whom you recommend for a specific job opening.
- If your candidate referral is placed in a position by IST you will be awarded $1000 after 2 months of your referral.
- Note, approved candidates are those who were not contacted by our recruiters. A good referral is a passive candidate who is most likely working and does not have his/her resume on the job board and is less likely to be contacted by our recruiters. For temporary placements, the employee must work at least 260 hours of client paid billed hours qualify for the referral bonus. For direct placements, referral will be awarded after an agreed guarantee period.
